Rajiv Khurana is a Management Consultant, Trainer, Newspaper columnist, Author, Career Coach, TV and Radio anchor.

He is a Certified Management Consultant and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of India. He is a winner of the national award for consultants.

He heads THE PERSONNEL LAB., Management Consultants, New Delhi. He has 5 years of industry and over 17 years of consulting and training experience with a variety of MNCs and Indian corporates. His core areas of consulting are: OD interventions, Change facilitation, Management Development, Satisfaction studies, eLearning, Communication strategies, Buddy-mentoring, Systems strengthening etc.

More than 700 of his articles/columns have been published in The Economic Times, Hindustan Times, Times of India, Indian Express, Financial Express, Dainik Jagran and Dainik Bhaskar. His articles are full of wit, humour and straight-forwardness.

He has pioneered the use of pre-nursery games and toys for management development programmes. All major newspapers and magazines have given him wide coverage for his crisp and sharp thoughts on various people management subjects. He plays an active role in various professional bodies and is also a guest speaker at various engineering and management institutes. He likes to conduct his programmes in lively, humorous and interactive manner. He is also a keen photographer and a serious poet.

He works FREE for 3 days in a month for "non profit" social and educational institutions.

His first book, "Sweet and Sour Soup for the Executives" released last year. This book has enjoyed the top ten ratings in various parts of the country including being picked as the "soft management" book of the year 2001. He has dedicated the royalty earned from this book for the benefit of the under-privileged children.

His second book "Your first job" has been released recently. This facilitates the student to move smoothly from campus to career.
